At DSH we have the
capability of removing the primary binder in your parts if they are soluble
in a solvent or water. We also have a
CD3045 oven for the catalytic debinding of BASF feedstock.
We have two Elnik Systems’
MIM 3045 furnaces that are available for toll sintering of your parts. These Elnik MIM 3045 debinding and
sintering furnaces have many unique features, including Elnik’s computer
interface and PLC control of optimum temperature uniformity and
atmosphere. These furnaces provide
3,840 square inches of load space (2.48 sq. m). Spacing between trays is 1.5”
(38mm) in one furnace and 2” (50mm) in the
other. Multiple zones of temperature
control and atmosphere flexibility combine to make these furnaces perfectly
suited to create high dimensional precision parts made in any commercial
binder system on the market today.
Atmospheres
available in these furnaces include partial pressure nitrogen, argon,
hydrogen, and mixed gases as well as high vacuum. The furnaces are capable of 1650°C under
vacuum or 1610°C in up to one atmosphere of hydrogen, nitrogen, argon, or
mixed gases. Both furnaces are also
fully equipped for product development, feedstock work, process time
improvement and any other debinding or sintering development.
